Louis de Saint-Just, also known as "The Archangel of the Revolution"
and "The Angel of Death".
Description
He was average height and build (for the
day), about 5"6-5'8", 150-160 pounds, blonde hair and blue eyes.
Biography
Louis was born in 1767 (in, I believe, Remy, France) and
died (guillotined) in 1794, he was just 27 years old, falling with
Robespierre. He fanatically beleived in the possibility of a "perfect
State," based on Spartan values. He was one of the most feared men in
France during the Revolution. He was handsome, a great speaker, a natural
leader, a good bladesman, and he was quite fearless. He was well educated
in debate, law, politics, administration, writing, fencing and knew his way
in society. He spoke both French and English.

Would your character prefer a game of chess or a game of football?

He would prefer a game of chess. He would not cheat, he has too much
self-confidence.

If your character found a wallet in the street, would they return it?

He would return the wallet, having no need of the money, and quite
concerned of his image. Even though he was probably responsible for the
deaths of a good couple of hundrd men, personally, he would not want to be
thought of without honor.

Would your character be more likely to be the life of the party or
to quietly observe the goings-on?

He would observe the party, quite detached, but if conversation turned to
his passion, politics or law, he would jump in and soon take over. He
would be quite ferocious and fight like it was a duel. He was known to
reward people for making good points and standing up for what they believed
in. However, he'd probably have them arrested if they didn't ally
themselves to his designs....

He would definitely be the top of the pyramid. He could sacrifice the
glory position if the pyramid was aligned exactly with what he desired,
though. He was a fanatic, but not stupid. He really did want what he died
for.
